Introduction to Optimista Learning Hub

On October 20, 2016, Optimista Learning Hub was established as a soft skill and mental health training center. Our office is located at House No. 23, Seujnagar Path, Beltola Guwahati, Assam, India. In terms of services, Optimista Learning Hub is one of the most important psychotherapy training facilities in Guwahati. Optimista Learning Hub stands out for its sincerity and goal of helping everyone adopt a more upbeat and optimistic outlook in order to overcome mental stigma through activities and counselling and restore emotional well-being.

The courses offered by Optimista Learning Hub are specifically created to address all of a student's issues and strengthen their mental fortitude so they can face any situation—even a catastrophe with poise and maturity. The abilities and mental toughness required to handle stress and competition in today's environment are taken into consideration while designing these courses.

We provide people the chance to use their knowledge and improve their abilities to handle stress and circumstances. As we all know, too often it has been found that having abilities alone is not sufficient to deal with the regular hurdles and challenges in our lives; one also needs Psychoanalytic skill to develop, which Optimista Learning Hub happily offers. We welcome all walks of life and are always willing to lend a hand to those who look for our support. Children, students, and people in many vocations have received our services and training over Behavioral therapy, Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Talk therapy, Psycho-educational counseling, Integrative therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, Holistic therapy, Trauma therapy, Family therapy, Group therapy, Individual therapy by the widely experienced Trainers, and found well noticeably benefitted.

Our curricula and training programs aim to produce productive mindsets by addressing the needs of all cognitive domains. Our educational resources and equipment are made to support individuals in embracing a progressive outlook in both their personal and professional spheres.

  During my second -year internship at optimista learning hub Organization under the mentorship of Miss Tribenee Bhattacharyya, I had an incredibly enriching experience. Miss Tribenee Bhattacharyya was an exceptional guide, providing us with numerous opportunities to deepen our understanding of psychology. Her insightful supervision and hands-on approach allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios, enhancing my learning immensely. She encouraged critical thinking and fostered a collaborative environment, which was instrumental in developing my analytical and interpersonal skills.   My name is Rishikesh Bora and I’m pursuing my bachelors in sports science from Somaiya University Mumbai I recently completed a one-week internship in psychology under the guidance of Tribenee Mam. This internship focused on sports psychology, a field dedicated to understanding the mental and emotional aspects of athletes and their performance. This brief yet intensive experience provided me with valuable insights into the interplay between psychological principles and sports.This internship was incredibly enlightening and has significantly broadened my understanding of sports psychology.

way of taking/teaching session in the
